Description: The DT Series of piezo film sensors elements are rectangular elements of piezo film with silver ink screen printed electrodes. They are available in a variety of different sizes and thicknesses. Lead attachment is accomplished using a riveted lug going to 12” (300 mm) of 28 AWG wire. The DT film element produces more then 10 millivolts per micro-strain. The capacitance is proportional to the area and inversely proportional to the thickness of the element. The DT elements are supplied with a thin urethane coating over the active electrode area to prevent oxidation to the top surface of the silver ink.

DT系列壓電薄膜傳感器元件是銀墨絲印電極的矩形壓電薄膜元件，有很多不同的尺寸和厚度可供選擇。DT系列薄膜元件每微米的應變產生超過10毫伏的電壓信號，比箔金屬應變片的電壓輸出高大約60dB。電容與元件面積成正比例，與元件厚度成反比例。DT系列傳感器是壓電薄膜傳感器的最簡單形式，主要用于振動和沖擊檢測的動態應變計和接觸式麥克風。如果客戶需要自己安裝引線，MEAS也可以提供無引腳產品。可用雙面膠帶或環氧樹脂將傳感器粘貼在被測物體表面上。引線可用壓鉗、壓接、打孔、導電環氧樹脂、低溫焊接的方式連接。DT元件的動態傳感區域有一層很薄的聚氨酯涂層，而引腳的部分則沒有絕緣的聚氨酯涂層。
